Reduced Fat Hummus
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients

1 210g tin of chickpeas and 1 tbsp of the chickpea water

2 tbsp neutral flavoured plain yoghurt

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tbsp tahini

1/4 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1 garlic clove

Pinch of salt
Method

Place a sieve over a bowl, then pour the contents of the chickpea tin into the sieve.

Place the chickpeas into a blender, then add 1 tbsp of the liquid now in the bowl.

Add all the remaining ingredients, then blitz until smooth. Add a little more liquid if it's too thick.
