Out of eggs or self-raising flour? 🙋🏼‍♀️

I've tried to make a few things recently and then suddenly remembered I don't have any eggs. While I would normally dash to the shop, we can't do that during lockdown, so I have had to find suitable replacements.

I’ve used the chia seed egg a few times with success but it will depend what the role of the egg is in your recipe...these work as binding alternatives.
