Peanut & Jelly Porridge

Add 100g strawberries, along with 20g plain peanuts to your porridge base. Cook as instructed below, mashing the strawberries down slightly once cooked. Stir through 1 tsp peanut butter to finish.

Basic Porridge Ingredients

  • 40g whole rolled oats

  • 150ml milk of choice (adjust dependant on how thick you like your porridge)

Method

  1. Place the oats and milk into a small saucepan.

  2. Slowly bring to the boil, then simmer for about 5 minutes or until the oats are nice and soft.
