Peanut Butter, Date and Oat Snack Balls

40g rolled oats
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter (no added sugar or salt)
3 medjool dates, de-stoned
Blitz the dates in a food processor until they become a ball.
Transfer to a bowl, add the oats and peanut butter, then mix to combine.
Roll into 10 small balls.
