Peanut Butter, Date and Oat Snack Balls

Time: 5 minutes


  • 40g rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter (no added sugar or salt)

  • 3 medjool dates, de-stoned


  1. Blitz the dates in a food processor until they become a ball.

  2. Transfer to a bowl, add the oats and peanut butter, then mix to combine.

  3. Roll into 10 small balls.
